What sets us apart:

We create assessments specifically designed to answer the questions you need to answer, with the documentation to get you the services that you need.  Some people go through the testing process, only to find that their prescriber doesn't think that their assessment was comprehensive enough to justify access to medications, or that their school doesn't think it supports academic accommodations.  While we cannot speak for every prescriber or institution, we partner closely with multiple Universities and health centers, and we built our assessment process to get the information that they said they want to be able to connect you with the care and services you need.

Expertise and Experience

At our center you will be evaluated by a Clinical Psychologist.  Psychologists complete a Ph.D. over the course of 5-7 years of graduate level education, followed by two years of supervised practice.  Masters level clinicians, such as Behavioral Analysts, Social Workers, and Counselors, only require two years of graduate school, and don't get a similarly comprehensive background in the science and statistics of clinical assessment.

Comprehensive Evaluations

ADHD or Autism almost never are alone.  Statistically, most individuals who qualify for one diagnosis fall somewhere on both the Autism and ADHD spectrums.  Most individuals also develop other mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD, or substance use.  We use a comprehensive approach to look at all of your experiences, so that you can have the best plan to address your difficulties going forward.

Modern Tools

We focus on using modern approaches to the assessment of ADHD and Autism, using multiple sources of information and assessment to appreciate your unique symptoms and experiences.  In particular, we designed our process with the awareness that older approaches to the assessment of ADHD and Autism often fail to identify women, highly intelligent individuals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals of color.

Incorporating Technology

We love to use modern technology and techniques to facilitate the testing process.  Some practices use techniques that have not changed since the 1980's.  We use proprietary software, iPads, online assessments, and clinical judgement to provide the most accurate answer we can for your questions.
